21-Day Gratitude Meditation Challenge

Kick-start your wellness program with our 4-week Gratitude Meditation Challenge.


Unfold will come to your office for four weekly on-site meditation lessons, centered around the theme of gratitude and loving-kindness. Each week, employees will learn a new technique and practice a 5-minute meditation every day on their own. This challenge will create positive new habits that reduce stress, increase happiness, and build company morale.


Training Overview:
  • Series includes four 45-minute meditation sessions​ 

  • Each class begins with a short lecture, followed by a guided practice.

  • Class Length: 45 minutes per class

  • Location: On-site at your office and/or via webinar

  • Equipment: Chairs for all participants

  • Clothing: No change of clothing

Live Webinar Option + Benefits: 
  • We can reach every member of your team no matter where they are. The program is available both on-site in your office and via live webinar.

  • This is a great way to include remote offices, traveling employees, and work-from-home participants. 

  • Lessons can be recorded and shared with employees who where not able to attend the live session.

Rates + Scheduling:


Week 1:

Challenge Kick-Off:

  • We’ll kick off the challenge with a fun on-site discussion about the basics of meditation in relation to gratitude.  

  • Participants will gain a basic understanding of what meditation is and specific strategies to support the week’s lesson.  

  • We’ll distribute a daily meditation tracker to all participants, define goals and expectations for success, and discuss solutions for roadblocks.


Weeks 2 + 3:

On-Site Meditation Class + Check-In:

  • Unfold will check on participants’ progress, answer questions, and address concerns or obstacles.

  • We’ll introduce and practice a new meditation technique and expand on each lesson.

  • Your Unfold instructor will be available for one-on-one question and answer sessions.


Week 4:

Celebrate Success!

  • You made it! We’ll practice a final meditation together and share any experiences with the group.

  • Those who successfully completed the challenge receive a special gift!
