Our Workplace Meditation Academy is a great way to begin to explore a variety of meditation techniques in the place you spend the majority of your time … the office!

 

Meditation literally changes your brain for the better. This comprehensive training series will teach you the skills you need to manage stress better, resulting in a calmer, more productive, and more creative work day.  

 

Topics covered range from how to reduce stress and anxiety, to how to improve listening and communication skills. 

What You Get:
  • Eight, 45 minute in-office meditation classes

  • Short discussion and research support of the day’s lesson

  • Ten minutes of stretching and light movement

  • Demonstration and practice of three new meditation techniques each week

 

Materials + Support:
  • Course manual and weekly handouts describing each technique, tips, and reminders on how to do each meditation practice reviewed 

  • Meditation “calendar tracker” to track progress and build new habits 

  • Free access to our client portal including online guided meditation library, presentation materials, and handouts

  • Location: classes can be on-site at your office, or done remotely via webinar. 

  • Length: 45 minutes

  • Equipment: no change of clothing or yoga mats / props needed. 

Live Webinar Option + Benefits: 
  • We can reach every member of your team no matter where they are. The program is available both on-site in your office and via live webinar.

    This is a great way to include remote offices, traveling employees, and work-from-home participants. 

  • Lessons can be recorded and shared with employees who where not able to attend the live session.
