Mindful Eating Presentation Series

Mindful eating is the practice of becoming aware of how you select, prepare, eat, digest, and share your food with others. It teaches you to slow down and use your own intuition and wisdom to eat in a way that serves your body, mind, and heart.

 

Our Mindful Eating Presentation Series will teach you the skills you need to positively transform your relationship with food. Food should nourish and sustain you, not make you feel anxious our guilty. 

 

Training Overview:

  • Series includes three presentations: 

    • Mindful Eating 101

    • Stress Eating

    • S.M.A.R.T. Nutrition Goal Setting

  • Learn mindful eating and meditation techniques you can seamlessly implement into your busy lifestyle that support each lesson.

  • Snack for mindful eating meditation experience

  • Digital handouts supporting each presentation

  • S.M.A.R.T. goal setting implementation worksheets

  • Free access to our client portal including online desk + chair yoga video library, presentation materials, and handouts

  • Location: your office

  • Length: 60 minutes per presentation

  • Equipment: no change of clothing or equipment needed

Live Webinar Option + Benefits: 
  • We can reach every member of your team no matter where they are. The program is available both on-site in your office and via live webinar.

  • This is a great way to include remote offices, traveling employees, and work-from-home participants. 

  • Presentations can be recorded and shared with employees who were not able to attend the live session.

  • Learn mindfulness techniques for preparing, eating, and enjoying meals - no diets allowed!

  • Practice meditation techniques to inspire you to eat joyfully and with gratitude. 

 

Presentation 2:​

Stress Eating

  • Build awareness around eating patterns related to stress and anxiety.

  • Identify triggers and tackle undesirable habits.

  • Focus on cultivating a healthy relationship with food - physically, mentally, emotionally and socially.

 

Presentation 3:

S.M.A.R.T. Nutrition Goal Setting

  • Learn how to set S.M.A.R.T. goals that make sense for your lifestyle and goals. 

  • S.M.A.R.T. stands for: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Timely. 

  • Successfully start - and most importantly maintain - healthy lifestyle habits.
