June Online Classes 

In light of shelter-in-place, we are now offering two a la carte online classes per week. These classes are intended to provide a much needed break in your work day. Register below and we'll see you online! 

Desk + Chair Yoga

Desk + Chair Yoga is designed to alleviate common workplace discomforts like low back pain and shoulder tension, all without having to change your clothes or leave your desk. Chair required.

Move + Flow Yoga

Move + Flow Yoga is a vinyasa style class done on a yoga mat. Classes are structured to be dynamic and energizing, yet suitable for all levels. Athletic clothing suggested.
