Try Our 21-Day Meditation Challenge

Our 21-Day Meditation Challenge, Fall into Gratitude, will challenge your employees to create a daily meditation practice. This program includes three in-office mini presentations about how and why to start a meditation practice. We’ll introduce a new technique each week, offer meditation trackers to help keep participants on task, and have a special gift for all those who successfully complete the challenge!
