Tea Meditation + Tasting

Sip, savor, and relax! Enjoy hands-on tea meditation and tasting events.

The practice of tea gives us the ability to rest in “calm alertness,” a state of being where we are poised yet very calm. These skills translate into our daily lives, both at work, at home, and within ourselves. Choose from our three topics below.

Tea Tasting Experience

  • Learn about topics ranging from focused flights (oolong teas, green teas, white teas, etc), country of origin highlights, or specific preparation methods.
